A 2023 first rounder, O-Max is now on the fringes of the league after playing just 92 games in his first two years. At just 23 years old, he still has a lot of 3&D upside to tap into.

Grizzlies sign Olivier-Maxence Prosper to two-way contract

The Grizzlies are a quality player development program, and they've turned two-way guys such as Jay Huff and Scotty Pippen Jr. into real NBA players in recent years.
