Sanders can dribble and pass exceptionally well for a forward. He averaged 4.5 assists to just 1.8 turnovers as a senior at Nevada last season. If he can find a little more consistency from the three-point line, he’ll be a very effective role player in this league.

"Kobe Sanders has come a long way from where he started at Cal Poly. He transferred to Nevada for his final college season, where he emerged as a potential draft prospect. Between the season and the Portsmouth Invitational, he worked on his body and movement abilities, which really showed at the event. He bypassed the G League Elite Camp and was invited to the combine. Although he got hurt and wasn’t able to play, that didn’t stop the Clippers from taking him. He has already been useful for the Clippers this season, and given how much he has improved in such a short amount of time, I’m definitely buying!"
Kobe Sanders logged a team-high 34 minutes in the Clippers' loss to the 76ers last night. Playing with energy and efficiency, he made a strong case for a future standard contract.
