Dallas waives Kelly, signs Smith to two-way

Right after converting Ryan Nembhard and signing John Poulakidas, the team has waived Miles Kelly and filled his two-way spot with Tyler Smith. Smith was one of the more intriguing names in the second round of the 2024 draft class and will get another chance to show what he can do. Congrats, Tyler!
