Spurs sign Umude to two-way, waive Mangas
December 21st, 2025San Antonio has agreed to a two-way contract with Stanley Umude, a well-deserved move with the way Umude has been playing in the G League as of late. Umude also played preseason with the Spurs. Congrats, Stanley! To make room for Umude, the Spurs have waived Kyle Mangas, who signed his two-way only a few days ago and didn't make an appearance for the team.

Kyle Mangas has been shooting the ball very well down in Austin, and the 26-year-old will finally make his NBA debut after going undrafted in 2021. Congrats, Kyle! To make room for Mangas, the Spurs have cut ties with Riley Minix, who was an intriguing undrafted prospect in 2024.
